In October 2012 I began a case study on the blog, tracking my progress through the Rebuild Your Vision Program.
The purpose of this case study was to give visitors to this site the answer to the one question they ask themselves about vision improvement – “is it possible to improve my vision?”
You can follow the case study below to see the results for yourself:

Is Vision Improvement for You?
As I’ve written in the above links, vision improvement is a process – not a quick fix solution for eyesight improvement.
I started noticing a difference about a week into the program, but the results will be different for everyone.
With that being said, don’t not start working towards that dream of perfect vision. Just know that it is a process that could take a few weeks, months or even years, depending on your current prescription.
Good luck on your journey! It’s well worth the effort, and the results will be life-changing!
